Anna Kardaszewska has a diverse range of work experience in the film and cultural industry. Anna worked as a Content Editor at First Media US starting in October 2020. Prior to that, they were a Film Programmer at Docaviv - The Tel Aviv Int'l Documentary Film Festival from 2016 to September 2020. In 2018, Anna worked as the Head of Industry Events at the Jerusalem Film Festival, where they focused on creating a platform for Israeli creators and International Decision Makers. Anna also served as a Cultural Manager and Adviser at the Polish Institute in Te Aviv from February 2010 to December 2017. Before that, Anna was a Festival Producer and Content Manager at the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights from April 2007 to April 2009.

Anna Kardaszewska pursued their education from 2001 to 2006 at the University of Warsaw, where they obtained a Master's degree in Social Sciences.
