Paul Jones serves as the NHS Devon Senior Responsible Officer for Delt Shared Services, accountable for managing the contractual delivery of services to NHS Devon since March 2024. Concurrently, Paul holds the position of Chair for the Operations Committee at First Light Charity, focusing on domestic and sexual abuse services, and contributes as a Board Trustee supporting technology and cyber initiatives. With extensive experience at Delt Shared Services Ltd since August 2017, Paul has held roles including Chief Information Officer and Head of IT Infrastructure, overseeing technology alignment with strategic goals. Prior experience includes leadership roles at CSC - Computer Sciences Corporation, where responsibilities ranged from client service delivery in healthcare to managing IT infrastructure for the Royal Mail Group, as well as a notable tenure in the Royal Air Force. Educational qualifications include a BSc in Information Technology from The Open University and ITIL Digital Strategy credentials.
