Lauren Duane has extensive experience in the banking and customer service industries, currently serving as Business Services Manager at First Keystone Community Bank since July 2012. In this role, Lauren focuses on meeting the deposit and merchant service needs of business and municipal customers while adhering to policies and achieving sales goals. Previously, Lauren held various positions at First Keystone, including Business Deposit Specialist and Customer Service Representative. Prior experience includes temporary staffing at Geisinger Health System and account management roles at RR Donnelley and Tyco International, where responsibilities included liaising with clients and coordinating orders. Lauren holds a BSBA in Marketing with a minor in Management from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and graduated with a College Prep diploma from Northern High School. Educational credentials also include training from the Pennsylvania Bankers Association.
