Rod Waite has a diverse work experience in engineering services. Rod started their career as a Project Manager at Labatt Breweries of Canada from 2000 to 2005. Rod then joined Pneu-Tech Systems Limited as an Engineering Manager from 2005 to 2011. Afterward, Rod founded their own company, Rod Waite Technical Services, where they served as the Owner from 2011 to 2017. Currently, they are working as the Director of Engineering Services at First Key Consulting Inc.

Rod Waite earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, where they studied from 1995 to 2000.
