Tyler Houston is an accomplished finance professional with comprehensive experience at First Internet Bank, starting as a Public Finance Intern and progressing to the role of AVP, Single Tenant Lease Financing Portfolio Manager since July 2018. In this capacity, Tyler effectively oversees a diverse single tenant lease portfolio, analyzing personal and business tax returns to highlight credit strengths and weaknesses. Previously, as AVP, Public Finance Portfolio Manager, Tyler developed a risk rating matrix and implemented a covenant tracking process to enhance the public finance portfolio's management.
