Caleb Sholty, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Human Resources Generalist at First Internet Bank, where responsibilities include payroll processing, managing internship programs, supporting talent acquisition, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local HR reporting. Previously, Caleb held the position of Human Resources Coordinator at First Internet Bank, focusing on payroll, HRIS maintenance, and employee communication. Caleb's experience also includes roles as an Undergraduate Intern at Ball State University, processing admission applications and presenting to large groups, and as a Human Resources Intern at First Internet Bank, where insights into HR departments were gained. An Undergraduate Fellow at Ball State University's Miller College of Business, Caleb represented the college and engaged with prospective students.
