Hodo Menetti is an experienced finance professional currently serving as an AP/AR Accountant at First Industrial Realty Trust since June 2023. Prior to this role, Hodo contributed to CIBC as a Financial Analyst in a case competition, where robust financial models for analysis and a compelling loan proposal for a joint venture were developed. Hodo's extensive experience as a Property Manager at Teko Properties involved overseeing a portfolio of over 200 units in Chicago, managing all aspects of property management, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Hodo holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from DePaul University, obtained in June 2023, and is currently pursuing an Illinois Real Estate Brokers License.
