Victoria Trettin is a Sales Manager at First Hospitality since July 2021, where responsibilities include creating exceptional guest experiences and providing hospitality services that encourage return visits. Victoria previously held the roles of Guest Service Supervisor and Guest Service Representative within the same company. Prior experience includes serving as a Server at Fox Bay Cinema Grill from August 2019 to September 2020, where coordination of servers and liaising with upper management were key duties, along with ensuring a positive experience for guests. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, completed in June 2023.
