Deborah Cooley has over 30 years of work experience in the accounting and hospitality industry. Deborah started their career as a Bookkeeper at Sterling Associates, Ltd. while attending college. Deborah then worked as a Cash Accountant at Grubb & Ellis Company, where they handled cash reconciliations and created monthly cash operating statements. Cooley then joined Deloitte as a Manager, Assurance & Advisory, managing teams and completing risk-based audits and financial projects. After that, they held various roles at Shell Vacations LLC, including Vice President, Accounting and Senior Vice President, Accounting, overseeing accounting functions for the hospitality and timeshare divisions. Cooley then joined Wyndham Vacation Ownership as Senior Vice President, Accounting, leading the transition of ownership and redesigning the financial statement close process. Deborah Cooley attended Golden Gate University from 1987 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting.
