Arsha M Knowles is a skilled professional in the field of social services with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Therapeutic Foster Care Case Manager at First Home Care since April 2023, Arsha provides essential support and training to foster and biological parents while developing comprehensive service plans for clients.
