Whit Douglas has a diverse work experience. Whit started their career in 2004 as the owner of Tropical Smoothie Cafe. After this, they worked as a Mortgage Banker at Corridor Mortgage Group from 2008 to 2013. Following that, they joined First Heritage Mortgage in 2013 as the Vice President and Branch Manager.

Whit Douglas attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.S.) degree in Communications.
