Vinicius Francisco has been working in the industry since 2005. Vinicius started their career at Sprint as an Assistant Manager and then moved to First Help Financial in 2012 where they worked as a Credit Underwriter. In 2014, they changed roles and companies, becoming a Finance Manager at Direct Auto Mall. In 2017, they moved to Automax Preowned, taking on the roles of Business Manager and General Sales Manager. Vinicius is currently employed at First Help Financial as an Inside Sales Manager and Regional Sales Manager.

Vinicius Francisco received a Bachelor of Business Finance in Accounting and Finance from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth between 2008 and 2012. In 2014, they attended the Sterling Group F&I School to study Finance and Insurance. In 2016, they completed a Finance Sales program at Ethos Finance Manager.
