Jennifer Baez has over 25 years of experience in customer service, finance, and accounting. Currently, Jennifer serves as Customer Service Team Lead and previously held the position of Customer Service Representative at First Help Financial since October 2020. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Customer Service Representative at Original Footwear Company from October 2017 to January 2020, and working in the Accounting Department at Benitez Insurance Agency from August 2012 to September 2017. Additionally, Jennifer worked as a Financial Analyst at Goldman Sachs from October 1999 to June 2008 and began the career as an Acat Representative/Customer Service Representative at Wall Street Equities from January 1994 to October 1999.
