Heather Otani is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in banking and finance. Currently serving as an Assistant Vice President and Cards Product Manager at First Hawaiian Bank since June 2021, Heather has held various significant roles at Bank of Hawaii from July 2012 to June 2021, including Assistant Vice President and Deposits Product & Strategy Manager, Credit Card Product Manager, International Banking Officer, Assistant Branch Manager, and Bank Associate. Prior to that, Heather interned at adidas group as a Reebok Japan Marketing Intern and worked as a Room Reservations Agent at Halekulani. Heather also contributed as an Assistant Language Teacher through the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program(me) from August 2004 to July 2007. Education includes a BA in Japanese Studies and English from Willamette University and an MBA with a Japan focus from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
