Avril Panday is an experienced Payroll Manager currently overseeing payroll operations for over 30 companies and more than 2500 staff at First Group ZA since March 2019. Previously, Avril held the position of Head of HR and Payroll at Tailormade Solutions, managing comprehensive payroll and HR functions, and served as a Payroll Officer at Educor, handling payroll processing for 19 companies and 4000 employees. Initial career roles included Trading Coordinator at Glocell and HR Manager at Pharmed Pharmaceuticals, where substantial HR and payroll responsibilities were undertaken. Avril holds a Diploma in Human Resources Management from ICESA City Campus, with training in VIP Payroll and HR courses.
