Kathleen Groetsema is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in banking and accounting. Currently serving as Assistant Treasurer at First Federal Bank of Wisconsin since October 2012, Kathleen is responsible for daily reconciliation of correspondent banks, month-end reporting, tax payments, and quarterly reporting, including the Call Report, as well as year-end reporting. Prior to this role, Kathleen worked as an Accounting Systems Analyst at BMO Harris Bank from December 2006 to October 2012 and as a Mutual Fund Accountant I at Principal Financial Group from November 2004 to December 2006. Educationally, Kathleen holds a Master of Business Administration in Non-Profit Accounting from Drake University, completed in 2006, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the same institution, earned in 2004. Kathleen is a graduate of Bay View High School, class of 2000.
