Jerry Chavarria Cedeño has a range of experience in software engineering and technical leadership roles. Jerry is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at First Factory, starting in January 2022.

Before joining First Factory, Jerry worked at Neustar, Inc. for over a decade, starting as a Software Developer in December 2010 and transitioning to a Technical Team Lead role in January 2019. In their role as a Software Engineer at Neustar, Jerry was responsible for automation and API integration using bash, Java, and Python. Jerry also had experience in Linux system administration, network administration, database management, and cloud services, with a focus on AWS and CI/CD. Jerry was part of a shared 24x7 on-call rotation to support multiple services.

During their time as a Technical Team Lead, Jerry guided the team with company values, facilitated task execution, and ensured delivery of value to customers.

Prior to Neustar, Jerry worked at Amacai as a Typer from December 2007 to December 2010.
