Gloriana Perez has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment and community engagement. Gloriana started their career as a Recruiter at Convergys in December 2017, where they worked until December 2019. Gloriana then joined CSS Corp as a Staff Recruiter in December 2019 and worked there until October 2020. Gloriana then transitioned to First Factory, where they held two roles. Gloriana first worked as an IT Recruiter from October 2020 to April 2022. Currently, they are serving as a Social Media & Community Engagement Specialist at First Factory, where they are responsible for building and maintaining relationships with the developer community and contributing to recruitment advertising and social media presence.
