Katrina Loken is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in compliance and legal counsel. Currently serving as the VP Sr. Associate General Counsel at First Electronic Bank since July 2019, Katrina previously held the position of Vice President of Compliance at Primary Residential Mortgage from March 2015 to July 2019. Prior roles include Compliance Manager at WebBank from 2013 to 2015 and various compliance-related positions at Utah First Federal Credit Union between 2010 and 2013. Katrina holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law.
