Josie Wainwright is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in marketing communications and campaign management. Currently serving as the Marketing Communications Manager for First Direct since September 2014, Josie focuses on enhancing multi-channel communications within the Brand and Partnerships team. Previous roles include Campaign Manager for Yorkshire Building Society, where retail campaigns were successfully planned and executed, and Account Manager at Intermarketing, managing tight deadlines and budgets. Josie also contributed significantly as Financial Services Product Manager at FGH, overseeing comprehensive marketing communications, and as Customer Marketing Manager for First Direct, where customer engagement and retention strategies were developed. Earlier experience includes serving as E-Marketing Manager for HSBC, with a focus on interactive marketing initiatives. Josie holds a BA Hons in Information Management and Marketing from Northumbria University and four A Levels from Ralph Thoresby High School.
