Becca Hanson has extensive work experience in various roles within the banking and finance industry. Becca is currently the Head of People Strategy at first direct, a position they have held since May 2023. Prior to this, Becca worked at HSBC as the Global Agile Implementation & Engagement Lead from January 2022 to April 2023. Becca also served as the Head Of Customer Experience at M&S Bank from June 2019 to January 2022. Becca also worked at Skipton Building Society as a Customer Proposition Manager from June 2016 to February 2018. Becca started their career at Aviva, where they held two roles: Distribution Propositions Manager from September 2014 to June 2016, and Business Development Manager (Graduate Scheme) from September 2013 to August 2014. Becca began their professional journey at Teaching Personnel as a Recruitment Consultant from September 2012 to June 2013.
