Sai Pesanan has a diverse range of work experience in the hospitality industry. They began their career in 2010 as an Executive Lounge Attendant at InterContinental Hotels Group, where they worked until 2013. From there, they joined Marriott Hotels and worked in Restaurant Reservations for a year. In 2014, Sai joined LesConcierges as a Lifestyle Consultant and stayed with the company until 2016. They then worked at Cafe Sydney in a reservations role for a year before joining First Contact Executive Hospitality in 2017. At First Contact, Sai started as an Executive Concierge and later became the Head Concierge in January 2019. Their current role at First Contact is ongoing.

Sai Pesanan attended Ultimo TAFE Institute for multiple diploma programs. In 2008 to 2009, they pursued an Advance Diploma in Hospitality Management. Then in 2013, Sai obtained another Advance Diploma from the same institute, this time focusing on Events. Finally, in 2014, they completed an Advance Diploma in Travel and Tourism from Ultimo TAFE Institute.
