Carlos Umlas has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Carlos started their career as a Senior Valet/Bellman at Renaissance Hotels in 1995 and worked there until 1999. Carlos then joined All Seasons as a Guest Service Officer in 1999. In 2000, they moved to Renaissance Hotels as a Bell Captain and served in that role until 2002.
