Elizabeth Padrick, CPM, is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as Regional Vice President at Asset Living since January 2024. Elizabeth has held similar leadership roles as Regional Vice President at First Communities since May 2008. Prior to these positions, Elizabeth worked as Area Manager at United Residential Properties and as Property Manager at both First Communities and The Cannon Company, gaining extensive management experience in residential properties. Elizabeth’s career in property management began at Equity Residential, where a solid foundation was established. Elizabeth completed the Certified Property Manager designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management from 2012 to 2015, enhancing expertise in the field. Additional education includes attendance at Barney Fletcher School of Real Estate in 2010.
