Aaron Edwards is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in finance, creative strategy, and investment. Currently serving as a Limited Partner at First Close Partners since October 2022, Aaron focuses on supporting venture funds led by underrepresented managers. As the CEO of The Charles Group since February 2013, Aaron oversees a creative agency that delivers strategic campaigns and digital experiences for high-profile clients in various sectors including luxury and technology. Additionally, Aaron is an angel investor and advisor at PeduL and has been a member of the Board of Advisors at Pace University's Lubin School of Business since June 2020. Prior experience includes working as an Analyst at Barclays Investment Bank from October 2006 to April 2011. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Hull and a recent course at Wharton Online.
