Karla Hanson is a Senior Compliance Officer at First Citizens Bank, a role held since October 2023. Prior to this, Karla spent 18 years at Wells Fargo in various positions, including Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant and Compliance Manager, focusing on Wealth Management Compliance and Retirement Compliance. Earlier experience includes a managerial role at Organized Living and teaching music to K-5 students at Mounds View Public Schools. Karla holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education from St. Olaf College, obtained in 2000.
