Vanessa (Nessie) Larsen is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer support, massage therapy, and management. Currently serving as a Billing Hero 2 and previously as a Customer Support Hero at BambooHR since August 2016, Vanessa provides assistance to customers regarding software inquiries. Since February 2016, Vanessa has also worked as a Licensed Massage Therapist at First Choice Home Health & Hospice, promoting comfort for end-of-life patients. Prior experience includes serving as the On Site Manager at AAA Safe N Sound Storage from March 2012 to August 2016, where Vanessa oversaw daily operations of a 400-unit facility, focusing on customer satisfaction, employee training, and vendor management. Vanessa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Utah Valley University and a degree in Massage Therapy from Utah College of Massage Therapy Inc-Utah Valley.
