Bill Rochester has a strong background in sales and business development. Bill is currently working as the Vice President at First Century Bank since May 2021. Prior to that, they were a Vice President at Banco Bci from November 2019 to February 2021. Before that, Bill worked as the Vice President - Regional Account Executive at Union Bank from April 2007 to November 2019. Bill also has experience as a Business Development Manager at Standard Register from October 2005 to January 2007. In addition, Bill worked as a Senior Sales Executive at Ceridian Corporation from October 1999 to September 2005. Bill has also held positions at Ultimate Software, Unisys Corporation, and had an earlier role as a Sales Representative at Ceridian Corporation from August 1992 to September 1997.

Bill Rochester attended Clemson University from 1986 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.
