Ian Pratt is an experienced engineering professional with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as Engineering Manager and Lead Engineer at First Central since January 2022, Ian has previously held the position of Senior Motor Engineer at Markerstudy Insurance from March 2013 to January 2022. Prior to that, Ian worked at Baldocks of Wivelsfield as a Senior Tech from January 1995 to March 2013. Ian's foundational education was completed at Chailey Secondary from 1980 to 1985.
