Carrie K. is an experienced reward and HR professional with a strong background in compensation strategy and business partnering. Currently serving as Reward Manager and Reward Business Partner at First Central since July 2020, Carrie has previously held key roles including Reward Manager at Virgin Atlantic during a challenging Covid-19 period, and Head of People & Reward at B&CE, where responsibilities included developing reward strategies and managing a diverse team. Carrie's prior experience encompasses roles at Ericsson as HR Generalist & Local Reward Lead, Compensation & Benefits Manager at both Prezzo Ltd and Colgate-Palmolive, and HR Advisor at Allianz Group, The Hackett Group, and Shell. Education includes a BA (Hons) in English Language & Literature from King's College London and an MSc in Human Resources Management from London South Bank University.
