Douglas Ford has extensive experience in the banking industry. Douglas started their career in 2010 with Pinnacle Financial Partners/BNC Bank, where they worked as Middle Market Division Manager for nine years. In 2019, they joined First Carolina Bank as Managing Director Commercial Banking and later became Executive Managing Director Commercial Banking & Wealth Management in September 2021.

From 1986 to 1990, Douglas Ford attended East Carolina University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, specializing in Finance.
