Matthew Rice, CFA, currently serves as the Chief Investment Officer at First Business Bank, where responsibilities include leading the Private Wealth Team’s investment platform through extensive research and timely investment adjustments. Prior to this role, Matthew was the Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer at Fiducient Advisors, managing a $260 billion investment firm and overseeing a team focused on investment strategy, asset allocation, and portfolio construction. Matthew's extensive experience encompasses various leadership positions, including Chief Research Officer and Investment Consultant, along with prior roles at Fifth Third Bank and First Business. Matthew began a career in finance following a brief stint as a professional football player with the Arizona Cardinals, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Northwestern University.
