Lana Fidelscaia serves as Vice President of Accounts Receivable Financing at First Business Specialty Finance, a subsidiary of First Business Bank, since August 2020. Prior roles include Vice President and Commercial Lender at Great Plains Bank, Advantage Business Capital, and Assistant Vice President at Green Bank, where Lana focused on factoring and commercial loans. Lana's career began as a Real Estate Agent at Keller Williams, following a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finances and Credit from the State University of Economics in Moldova.
