Joel Cretney, MBA, has extensive experience in credit analysis and underwriting, currently serving as Credit Team Lead at First Business Bank since February 2020. Joel progressed through various roles at First Business Bank, including Senior Credit Analyst and Credit Analyst II, following previous positions as an Underwriter Analyst at Enova International and multiple credit analyst roles at First Business. Earlier work experience includes sales support at Fastenal and a driver helper position at Frank Beer, Inc.
