Emily Lamb

Nonprofit Partnerships Development Coordinator at First Book

Emily Lamb currently serves as the Nonprofit Partnerships Development Coordinator at First Book, with additional experience as an intern with the Diverse Books for All Coalition. Previous roles include Philanthropy Chair, Parliamentarian, Recruitment Chair, and Interchapter Chair at Alpha Delta Phi Society, along with broadcasting as a host on WRGW District Radio. Emily held significant positions as a Public Policy and Advocacy Intern at Girl Scouts of the USA and as a Congressional Intern for Representative Mikie Sherrill. Additional involvement includes serving as Deputy Programs Director for College Democrats of America and as a Jamie Raskin for Congress Fellow through Democracy Summer. Emily Lamb earned a Master's degree in Public Policy from The George Washington University's Trachtenberg School, following a Bachelor's degree in Political Science focused on Public Policy from the same institution. Education also includes completion of high school at Chatham High School.
