Patrick Heatherington has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Patrick began their career in 1996 as a Lead Graphic Designer at H.D. Vest Financial Services and later worked as a Project Management Supervisor at Tracy-Locke in 1999. Patrick then joined WorkPlaceUSA as a Senior Graphic Designer in 2000.

In 2003, Patrick joined ASI | Signage Innovations as a Senior Manager, Marketing and Product. During their tenure, they played a pivotal role in developing ground-breaking marketing and product initiatives, implementing a national SEO strategy, and leading the development of a robust web-based inventory management system. Patrick also managed the creative production of marketing materials and played a key role in developing the global brand identity for ASI. Patrick stayed with ASI until 2012.

Afterward, Patrick joined 90.9 KCBI-FM (First Dallas Media Inc.) as the Director of Marketing and Donor Development in 2012, where they operated as a non-profit Christian radio station in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Currently, Patrick serves as the Director of Marketing and Operations at First Baptist Dallas, where they lead the Pathway to Victory ministry. Pathway to Victory has become the most viewed program on the Trinity Broadcasting Network since July 2020.

Patrick Heatherington attended Stephen F. Austin State University from 1990 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, Journalism, Creative Writing, and Photography. In 1987, they began their higher education at Texas Christian University, studying Psychology and Creative Writing until 1989.

Patrick furthered their education by obtaining an Associates Degree in 3D Design and Animation, Motion Graphics from The Art Institute - Dallas between 2001 and 2003. In 2007, Patrick completed a certification program in Foundations of Leadership and Management at the Center for Creative Leadership. Additionally, they gained a certification in Effective Time Management and Planning through Franklin-Covey in 2005.
