Timothy Boone is an experienced minister with a focus on missions and young adult ministry, currently serving as Minister of Missions at First Baptist Church in Huntsville, AL since October 2022. Prior to this role, Timothy held positions at First Baptist Church Knoxville, including Minister to Young Adults and Missions from January 2021 to October 2022, and Interim Minister for Congregational Life from January 2019 to January 2021. Timothy's background also includes serving as Minister to Young Adults and Pastoral Intern at Second Ponce De Leon Baptist Church, along with experience as a Ministry Resident at First Baptist Church Knoxville, Teen Director at Boys & Girls Clubs of the Tennessee Valley, and Intern to High School and College Students at First Baptist Church Jefferson City. Academically, Timothy holds a Master of Divinity from Mercer University - McAfee School of Theology and a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Psychology and Cross-Cultural Sociology from Carson-Newman University.
