Shelley Mills is an experienced ministry professional, currently serving as the Associate Minister to Kids and Families at First Baptist Church in Huntsville, AL since August 2020. With a background in children's ministry and family engagement, Shelley has held various leadership positions including Director at Bearden UMC Childcare Program, Director of Family Ministries at Calvary Baptist Church, and Children's Minister at Springfield Baptist Church. Education includes a Master of Arts in Christian Education from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Leadership/Biblical Languages from Belmont University. Shelley's diverse experience in ministry and passion for working with children is complemented by roles in organizational management and team leadership.
