Frank Gallagher has an MBA in Finance from La Salle University and a BA in Business/Economics from Lycoming College. Frank has extensive experience in the finance industry, holding various positions at CIT Equipment Finance, GE Capital, and American Business Lending. At United Community Bank, Frank served as the SVP of Franchise Lending, and currently at First Bank of the Lake, Frank is the SVP of National Sales Manager for SBA Lending and SVP of SBA Franchise Lending.
