Rose Zepeda is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at First Bank Iowa since February 2020, Rose previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at Doerfer Companies from February 2016 to February 2020. Prior roles include Human Resources Manager at A To Z Drying Inc and various positions at Wells Fargo, including Store Manager, Service Manager, Personal Banker, and Teller. In addition, Rose served as a Spanish Medical Interpreter at People's Community Health Clinic in 2012. Rose Zepeda holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources Management from the University of Northern Iowa and an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts from North Iowa Area Community College.
