George Robostello has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Starting in 2001, they worked at The Bank, where they held various roles, including Senior Lender, Senior Credit Officer, and Loan Production Manager. During their time there, they were responsible for managing commercial loan activities, developing loan policies, and expanding business relationships. In 2011, they joined Fulton Bank of New Jersey as Regional President and Executive Vice President, where they oversaw the financial and operational management of the Southern and Central regions. George provided leadership to divisional heads and implemented business plans to drive growth. In 2021, they moved on to Bryn Mawr Trust as the Managing Director of Commercial Banking for Southern New Jersey. Currently, they are Senior Vice President and Credit Officer at First Bank NJ.
George Robostello attended Villanova University from 1980 to 1984, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. In 2009, they pursued further education at the Stonier Graduate School of Banking, where they completed the Graduate School of Banking Diploma and also obtained a Wharton Leadership Certificate. Most recently, in 2015, they received certification as a Certified Learning Facilitator from Heidrick & Struggles.
