Relationship Manager Business Banking at First Atlantic Bank Limited

Samuel Abrokwa has a diverse work experience in the banking sector. Samuel is currently working as a Branch Manager at UBA Ghana Ltd since November 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Relationship Manager Business Banking at First Atlantic Bank Ghana from July 2022.

From 2016 to 2019, Samuel worked as a Relationship Manager at OmniBSIC Ghana. During this time, they successfully executed outdoor campaigns that resulted in the acquisition of 1200 new businesses and accounts. Samuel also demonstrated strong communication skills with clients, improving customer satisfaction and fostering branch loyalty. Samuel collaborated with the branch manager to regain over 100 compromised accounts.

Before joining OmniBSIC Ghana, Samuel was a Relationship Officer at UT Bank Plc from 2012 to 2016. Samuel excelled in building and maintaining profitable customer relationships, recommending financial products and services, and appraising loans for small and medium enterprises.

Samuel started their career as a Direct Sales Representative at Standard Chartered Bank in 2010. In this role, they sold personal loans and conducted market research to understand customer behavior in relation to policy rate changes. Samuel also created their own sales and presentation materials.

Samuel Abrokwa is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree at Wisconsin International University College in Ghana, with an expected completion date in 2025. Prior to this, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Kumasi from 2018 to 2022. Samuel also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from the University of Ghana, obtained between 2006 and 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Samuel has obtained several certifications. Samuel became a Student Member (Level III) of the Chartered Institute of Bankers Ghana in December 2020. Samuel also holds the certification of Investment Advisor/Representative from the Ghana Stock Exchange, acquired in January 2019. Samuel is a Chartered Credit Professional from the Chartered Institute of Credit Management, Ghana, which they achieved in October 2018. Furthermore, they hold the certification of Associate in Risk Administration from Accra Business School and Chartered Credit Administrator from the National Banking College, both obtained in August 2013.
