Lori Springer currently serves as the Executive Director of the Shelby County Drug Free Coalition, a position held since August 2010, where responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, tracking expenses, coordinating grants, and implementing community service programs. Prior roles include Co-Pastor at First Assembly of God Church since April 1993, where public speaking and administrative support are key duties, and Administrative Aide at Shelbyville Central Schools from March 2000 to June 2008, facilitating communication in the Special Education Department. Additionally, Lori has experience as an Instructor at Indiana Christian University, teaching English and biblical studies, and as Administrator at Little Lambs DayCare, responsible for staff management and financial oversight. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Christian Studies from World Harvest Bible College and a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Ministry from Indiana Christian University.
