Ashley Ruggieri, PHR, SHRM-SCP, has a strong background in human resources and has held multiple leadership roles throughout a diverse career. Prior experience at Western Alliance Bank includes the role of Sr. HR Business Partner. Earlier in the career at Wells Fargo, Ashley advanced through various positions, including Loan Administration Manager in Dealer Services, Service Manager, Personal Banker, and Lead Teller.
