Ruth Sarsoza is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in employee experience and communications management. Currently, Ruth serves as the Employee Experience and Communications Manager at First Advantage since November 2024. Prior experience includes roles as HR Manager at Sterling from March 2015 to October 2024 and Senior HR Business Partner at Sterling BPO Center Philippines, Inc., where Ruth played a key role in transitioning the company from Canadian to US ownership. Ruth's career began at Checkwell Decision Corporation, where responsibilities included overseeing recruitment and managing a team in the Manila office. Ruth holds a BA in Psychology from the University of the Philippines and is pursuing an MBA in People Management at Lyceum of the Philippines University.
