Marcia Holland possesses extensive experience in accounts receivable, cash applications, and operations management, holding several senior roles across various companies. At First Advantage, Marcia serves as Sr. Director of Accounts Receivable, Cash Apps, Fleet & Tax Backoffice Operations and NCAC, after previously being the Director of Accounts Receivable and related operations. Prior to that, Marcia held the position of Director of Operations at Net-Flow Solutions and various leadership roles in cash management and credit collections at Randstad USA. Marcia also has experience in financial reconciliations and billing management from Verizon Business and SkyTel. Educational qualifications include a degree from The University of Southern Mississippi.
