Eleanor Boudreau is a seasoned professional with over 24 years of experience in sales and customer success. Currently serving as Customer Success Director at First Advantage since January 2021, Eleanor achieved the largest upsell in the division in Q1 2023 while managing complex, prestigious accounts globally. Prior to this role, Eleanor held various positions at Jostens from May 1999 to January 2021, including West Area Division Sales Manager, where Eleanor received the 2021 Presidential Award and developed innovative sales strategies that resulted in record sales. Additional roles included managing a multi-state territory, launching new business concepts, and expanding overall territory sales significantly. Eleanor holds a degree in Music and Education from Moody Bible Institute and a certification in Early Childhood Education Director from El Camino College.
