Rebecca Middleton has a diverse work experience. Rebecca started their career in 2008 as a Court Registry Officer at the New Zealand Ministry of Justice, where they worked until 2011. Rebecca then joined Tabcorp, starting as an HR Coordinator in 2011 and later transitioning to a Senior Compliance Officer from 2012 to 2014. In 2016, they moved to Legal Beagle as a Marketing and Social Media Specialist. Rebecca joined Automio in 2017, where they held the role of Marketing and Social Media Specialist until 2019, when they were promoted to the role of Head of Marketing.

Rebecca Middleton holds a Bachelor of Business degree with a major in Human Resource Management from Massey University.
