Jose J Hernandez Rojas is an accomplished General Manager at Firestone Airide since January 2015, responsible for overseeing all aspects of a production plant, including finance, logistics, engineering, quality, and compliance with environmental regulations. Prior to this role, Jose held various positions at Intel Corporation, including Manufacturing Shift Group Leader, where leadership of a team of technicians and operators was demonstrated during a factory shutdown process. Jose's extensive experience also includes roles as Manufacturing and Technical Shift Manager, engineering leadership in surface mount technology, and new technology introduction. Earlier career highlights include serving as a Technical Engineer at Bridgestone, developing new rubber formulations, and at Olympic Fibers SA, where fiber yarn production processes were redesigned. Jose holds a Master in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from Tecnológico de Costa Rica, a Leadership Skills Certificate, and a Licentiate degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad de Costa Rica.
