Jeff Gillis is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in plant engineering, continuous improvement, and maintenance management. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Firestone Airide since December 2015, Jeff has held various roles including Plant Engineering, CI & Maintenance Manager, and Value Stream Manager. Prior to this, Jeff worked as a Value Stream Manager at The Carlstar Group and held positions such as Lean Champion, Process Engineering Leader, and Manufacturing Engineer at Carlisle Transportation Products from July 2007 to October 2014. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
